  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@homesunnature.com with your order details and the reason for your return. Our team will provide further instructions on how to send back the item.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

4. Late or Missing Refunds
